What can we grow in November?
Fall is here and notice the low temperatures and cold winds but sunny days and blue skies. With the drop in temperatures have a smaller variety of species that can grow but we can start thinking about next year’s dishes. With a protected seed (in a greenhouse) can lengthen the growing season.

It is still possible to grow:
Garlic (seed), lettuce, radish (seed), leeks, Swiss chard and beets.
And with a greenhouse could increase the list of schools with the planting of:
Celery, onion, cabbage, cauliflower, endive, spinach, peas, beans, leek (plant or seed), beet (seed) and arugula (seed).
Advancing Decembre, can be said that it is time to prepare everything for a big push in January. We will work weeding and there you go turning the compost too, so it’s ready to use in February (if often we turn decomposes much faster because the aeration aerobic action allows bacteria responsible for decomposition, and it’s also a good exercise!).
